WARNER ROBINS -- The Circle K convenience store at 801 W. Ga. 96 was robbed early Friday.

The suspect came in through the front door, forced the clerk to open the safe at gunpoint and ordered the clerk not to call police until after he’d fled the scene, according to the online police report.

The incident happened at 2:48 a.m.

Tabitha Pugh, public information officer for Warner Robins police, stated in a text that a detailed description of the suspect was not available. But the clerk recalled the suspect was wearing sunglasses, the report stated.
