Macon police responded to a domestic dispute Sunday afternoon at an apartment on Baxter Avenue.
The victim called police after her boyfriend, Mardy Woodford, bit her index finger, threw a pot of lukewarm water on her and smashed several electronic appliances with an aluminum baseball bat, according to the incident report.
Woodfords 2-year-old daughter was in the victims arms at the time of the argument, the report said.
The victim told police that Woodford grabbed the bat and began to go crazy, damaging televisions and leaving holes in a closet door. He attempted to collect his things and leave, but not before she called 911.
Police Sgt. Christopher Burtrum asked Woodford if he broke all the items and he responded Yeah, I was mad, you dont know her.
The victims 10-year-old daughter also was present for the violence.
Woodford faces charges of battery, simple assault, criminal damage to property and cruelty to children. He is being held in the Bibb County jail on a $12,500 bond.
