Warner Robins National Night Out planned for Tuesday

The Warner Robins Police Department will host a National Night Out event 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Target on Watson Boulevard.

There will be public safety displays and information booths, including appearances by the Warner Robins police SWAT team, according to a news release. There also will be games and finger painting for children.

The event is part of a national endeavor to promote awareness and enhance police-community relations.
