WARNER ROBINS -- Police were dispatched to a hill near Checkers Drive-In Restaurant at the corner of Houston Road and Watson Boulevard where a body was found early Monday.

No foul play is suspected, said Tabitha Pugh, public information officer for Warner Robins police. An elderly man was apparently out walking, collapsed and died, she said.

The 911 call came in at 7:18 a.m.

The body has been sent to the coroner for an “inspection,” she said. No autopsy is planned.
