WARNER ROBINS -- A Centerville man has been charged with one count of child molestation, a felony.
Donald Bruce Morrison, 44, was being held without bond Monday at the Houston County jail. He is employed at the Perdue Farms chicken processing plant near Perry, according to the arrest and booking report.
Morrison is accused of inappropriate sexual behavior with a minor. Morrision has also been a volunteer assistant T-ball coach, but the charge against him did not involve his coaching activities, said Houston County sheriffs Capt. Randall Banks, head of the juvenile investigation division.
Details of the alleged incident were not released to protect the minors identity. Morrison was arrested Wednesday.
A background check required for Morrison to serve as a volunteer coach for one of the Warner Robins Recreation Departments teams found no prior felonies, said James Dodson, director of recreation.
Morrison, who has volunteered as a coach and as an assistant coach for several years, last coached this past summer, Dodson said.
