Company owners who want to learn more about exporting have that opportunity in Macon this month.
The sessions, called Export University 101, and launched by Georgia District Export Council, will hold the first Macon course 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Sept. 27, at the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce building, 305 Coliseum Drive, according to a news release.
The training is built around a series of exporting courses designed by the National District Export Council, a volunteer, nonprofit network associated with the U.S. Commercial Service.
Export University 101 courses are designed to provide novice or experienced exporters with the resources needed to effectively organize export operations and expand into new international markets, the release stated.
