The board of directors of State Bank Financial Corp., the holding company for Macon-based State Bank and Trust Co., declared Monday a quarterly dividend of 3 cents per common share.
The dividend will be paid Sept. 17 to the common stock shareholders of record as of Sept. 9, according to a news release.
After the close of business Monday, State Banks stock was $15.48 a share. The stocks 52-week high was $17 a share on Sept. 18, 2012, and its 52-week low was $14.30 on April 30 this year. State Banks stock is traded as STBZ on Nasdaq.
State Bank has about $2.61 billion in assets as of June 30, and it has offices in metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
