Houston sheriff’s office seeks help in identifying women sought in wallet, purse thefts

WARNER ROBINS -- Two women are accused of stealing wallets and purses at real estate offices from Valdosta to Atlanta.

Authorities captured images of the women and released them to the media through Macon Regional Crimestoppers.

The women are accused of stealing the wallets and purses from employees at the officers and then making large purchases on stolen credit cards from retailers such as Kay Jewelers and Toys R Us, said Houston County sheriff’s Capt. Jon Holland. He said Houston County and Warner Robins authorities had several reported incidents that started on Friday.
