Warner Robins Wal-mart evacuated because of bomb threat

Shoppers and store employees were ordered out of the Wal-Mart in Warner Robins after someone called in a bomb threat Monday evening for the building at 2720 Watson Boulevard.

A second threat came at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday morning, but it was unclear if the store had to be evacuated a second time.

Warner Robins police, firefighters and emergency workers responded to the scene, but nothing was found.

Anyone with information about the caller is urged to phone Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at 877-68CRIME.
