Horse euthanized in abuse case

An injured horse was put down Thursday afternoon after Georgia Department of Agriculture equine inspectors were called to Walden Road. Three donkeys and another horse, that appeared to be malnourished, were impounded after Raymond Allison Carlisle was charged with animal cruelty. Video by Liz Fabian.
