Jadrian Andre Foster, 33, of Ayers Road, is accused of shoving the cashier, grabbing cash from the register and getting away.

The release of a surveillance picture led to a CrimeStoppers tip and his 25th arrest about four hours after the heist, the news release stated.

Foster is charged with robbery by sudden snatching in Monday’s incident, possession of a schedule 2 drug with intent to distribute and armed robbery for a May 23 holdup of a Yellow Cab driver.
