Macon man wins $125,000 on scratch-off lottery ticket

Michael Nelson, of Macon, won $125,000 playing the instant game Las Vegas Game Show Experience of the Georgia Lottery.

A 50-year-old Macon man won $125,000 playing the scratch-off lottery game called Las Vegas Game Show Experience.

Michael Nelson purchased the winning ticket at the Circle K at 5011 Romeiser Drive in Macon.

“It feels good,” Nelson said in a lottery news release.

Nelson said he wants to buy a home with the money.

People who have non-winning tickets can enter for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas to play in the “Las Vegas Game Show Experience” stage show, according to the release.
