Nominations being accepted for Warner Robins Hall of Fame

The Warner Robins Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for its 2013 induction.

Nominating forms are available at the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce, 1228 Watson Blvd., and City Hall, 700 Watson Blvd. Nominations should include honors, accomplishments and records, including specific contributions to the community. Nominees may be living or dead. Those nominated last year do not have to be nominated again.

The first class of the hall of fame was inducted in October. Inductees were: former Warner Robins Mayor Henrietta McIntyre, educator and activist Pearl Stephens, former Magistrate Court Judge Nick Lazaros, former Houston County schools Superintendent David Perdue, former Happy Hour Service Center President Frank Ryals, businessman Charles Williams and former Fire Chief Ernest W. Wood.
