Police seek gunman in Macon convenience store robbery

Macon police need help identifying a man who allegedly robbed Circle K, 2580 Riverside Drive, Saturday.

A man with a gun robbed an employee and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen running behind the store, according to a police news release.

The man is described as wearing all black clothing with a blue bandana around his face. He was brandishing a silver revolver, according to the release.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the man's identity is asked to call police at 751-7500 or Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at (877) 68-CRIME.
