Bibb County deputies are looking for the gunman who held up a woman and her daughter Thursday night on Dellwood Road, which runs off Mercer University Drive, a couple of blocks from Log Cabin Drive.
About 9 p.m., the women had just gotten into their vehicle when the man walked up, showed the gun and demanded their purses, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriffs Office.
The gunman, who was wearing all black, ran down the road and got into a white, four-door car and drove away, the release stated.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Bibb County Sheriffs Office at 746-9441 or Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at (877) 68CRIME.
