Macon police are investigating an armed robbery and carjacking from early Wednesday morning on Pansy Avenue, according to a police report.
According to the report, the victim told officers he left a grocery on Montpelier Avenue and drove southbound on Pansy Avenue. At a stop sign, he was approached by an unknown man, who put his hand to his hip as if to grab a gun and demanded the victim give him the car. The gunman then drove off in the car, the report said. The victim told officers he wasnt certain the man had a gun or not.
The car was identified as a burgundy, two-door 1995 Honda Accord with Georgia license plate PNP 1425.
