Macon man shot in the face

Published: March 11, 2013

A 28-year-old Macon man was shot in the face early Saturday morning in the 3400 block of Lawton Road, according to a Macon police report.

Michael Fuller told police he was with a group of people at about 2:45 a.m. when he heard gunshots and ran to a nearby house. He didn’t realize he’d been shot until he returned to his home, also on Lawton Road, according to the report released Monday.

Fuller met with police at Coliseum Northside Hospital. An officer noted that Fuller had a small entry wound on his cheek, but that he didn’t know who shot him, according to the report.
