The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a Forsyth man found Wednesday morning in a hotel room, a sheriff’s news release said.

According to the release, a housekeeper at the Best Inn and Suites found Phillip Scott Fountain, 31, of Forsyth, lying in his bed. While there were no signs of foul play, the case remains under investigation.
