How long have you been in business?: “It will be seven years in October. We used to be down in the Vineville Crossing shopping center. The shop has been in its current location nearly four years.”

What do you like best about your job?: “Interacting with customers probably is the most fun. I’m not a sit-behind-a-desk kind of person.”

What is your specialty?: “We are mainly a shoe store, and the goal behind the store was to do affordable, fun shoes for everybody. My mom buys with me at all the shows, so we try to find things for all age ranges ... from high school on up. We also have handbags and jewelry.

“We really have customers from all over Georgia. We get a lot of Dublin, a lot of Perry, Cordele. We participate in Perry’s Mistletoe Market every year and in the Dublin Service League Antique Fair. We have a booth.”

What are your future plans?: “Well, I’m getting married in April, so not exactly sure. There have been talks about doing a second store somewhere. My priorities are kind of shifting a little bit.

“Definitely, I want to keep this store, but I would love to do a second store.”
