Joe Craft, 45, of Perry, was walking west in the roadway about 9:51 p.m. when he was struck by a westbound Chevrolet Silverado driven by Jacob Westbrooks, 21, of Hawkinsville, said Georgia State Patrol Sgt. Crystal Griffin.
