Published: February 25, 2013

Macon police are investigating a robbery that occurred about 9:58 p.m. Friday in the 3600 block of Atwood Drive. Police said three victims in the home were robbed when two gunmen wearing ski masks stormed into the residence demanding money.

The gunmen forced occupants in the house to the floor and took their money, car keys, cell phones, ID cards, credit cards and a coffee table.

The assailants fled in a blue Chevy Tahoe or Yukon, according to a police report.

One of the victims retrieved his gun from a bedroom after the robbers left the house and emptied an entire gun clip shooting at the vehicle, the report stated.
