GUIDELINES

The deadline for reunions is noon Tuesday to submit announcements that will appear in the following Sunday’s paper. Submissions should be e-mailed to pfountain@macon.com with “Reunions” in the subject line. Fax submissions to (478) 744-4385 to the attention of “Reunions.”

FAMILY REUNIONS

Shinholster Family Reunion

The Shinholster family reunion will have a fish plate and a chicken strips plate sale at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the home of Ira and Janice Horne, Asbell Road, Irwinton. There will be a family reunion meeting at the Horne home at 4 p.m. All family members are asked to attend. For more information and orders for the plate sale, call (478) 946-3635 or (478) 456-0938.

Simon and Viney Watkins Sr.

The descendants of Simon and Viney Watkins Sr. of Laurens County and Wilkinson County are planning a 2013 Watkins family reunion for July 26-28 in Pittsburgh. Contact host Patricia Wallace-Mounds at (412) 654-9027 or e-mail bbmstaff@verizon.net.
