Macon-Bibb County firefighters are looking for information about a vacant house fire early Friday morning at 1864 Third Street.
Crews were called at about 4:30 a.m. to the two-story wood house near Giles Street.
Arson investigator, Sgt. Ben Gleaton was on the scene by 5:30 a.m. to investigate the blaze once the fire was fully extinguished.
He posted signs at the scene offering reward money for information that leads to the arrest of anyone responsible for deliberately starting the blaze.
Another house across the street also appeared to have fire damage from a much earlier incident.
Its windows were already boarded up.
Gleaton said he did not recall the circumstances of that fire.
Anyone with information in Fridays fire is urged to call Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at (877) 68CRIME, or the Georgia Arson Hotline at (800) 282-5804.
