Generations of youngsters have discovered the joy of reading through the Clifford series of books. We are thrilled to bring him to life on the fabulous stage at the Grand, Betsy Fitzgerald, executive director of the Grand, said in a news release.
In this new story, Clifford and company embark on an effort to put on a play on Birdwell Island. Emily Elizabeth wants to put on a musical revue with her best friends. Everyone has different ideas, but ultimately the kids decide that the story should be about Cliffords life from puppyhood and how he got to be so big.
Clifford fans will love every minute, while seeing the value of teamwork and friendship when it comes to getting something done, the release stated. Plus, the show lasts one hour, so kids will be home in time for bed.
