Macon-Bibb County firefighters are currently battling a blaze at 980 Wilmar Drive, which began at approximately 8:30 p.m., according to Macon Police Department dispatch.
Nine units and a battalion are battling the fire at the single-family residence between Napier and Hillcrest avenues. No injuries have been reported as of 10:30 p.m., but residents have been displaced, according to the dispatcher.
