A workshop will be held in Macon next week focused on helping manufacturers.

The Innovation Management workshop will be held 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Wednesday at Central Georgia Technical College, 3300 Macon Tech Drive, according to a news release.

The focus of the workshop is “learning how to create and manage a process for developing and integrating innovation -- including learning to develop, funnel and test ideas that are low cost and low risk into your company’s overall business strategy,” the release stated.

Key decision makers of manufacturing companies, including CEOs, senior leadership and plant managers are encouraged to attend.
