Dog confirms arson in church fire

An accelerant detection canine from the Georgia State Fire Marshal's office confirmed arson in the burning of the Reaching Souls Cathedral of Praise Apostolic Church fire. Investigators posted arson reward signs Tuesday morning. Video by Liz Fabian
