Macon police charged a man early Saturday morning for allegedly stabbing his roommate in the back with a knife, a police news release said.
Cliff Hodges, 49, was charged with aggravated assault and taken to the Bibb County jail, where he is being held on an $11,200 bond.
Police said Hodges and the victim got into an argument at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Cherry Street at about 3:19 a.m. As the roommate was leaving, Hodges allegedly drew a knife and stabbed the victim in the back.
