On Jan. 24, Heath Vickers, owner of Mr. Rooter on Roff Avenue, said he and his staff reported to work about 7:30 a.m. and noticed some outdoor lights had been broken. Not noticing anything missing, an employee checked the GPS locations for the businesss equipment and saw that a $25,000 tractor was in Juliette. The tractor, used to dig ditches for water and sewer lines, had been stolen. Macon police and Monroe County deputies arrested Guidry and recovered the tractor from the yard behind Guidrys home on Ga. 87 the morning of Jan. 24.
