A gunman robbed a Macon man at about 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the 3600 block of Mercer University Drive and drove away in his car, according to Macon police.
The man told police that a black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks and a gun demanded that he get out of his car and give him everything from his pockets, according to a police report released Friday.
The 5-foot, 7-inch tall gunman got into the mans 1984 Buick Oldsmobile and drove away. The victim estimated that the gunman weighed about 180 pounds and said he was medium complexion with some stubble on his face, according to the report.
A postal worker later found the stolen car on Westminster Drive, according to the report.
