WARNER ROBINS -- A free homeowners education workshop is being offered Saturday in Warner Robins.
The workshop, which will take place 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at 112 Memorial Terrace, will include sessions about budgeting and credit, home and yard maintenance, and being a good neighbor, among other topics. Participants will receive a certificate of completion that will make them eligible for financial assistance from private and public programs, according to a news release.

The workshop is sponsored by Houston County Habitat for Humanity, Warner Robins Housing Authority, Fort Valley State University Cooperative Extension, Middle Georgia Community Action Agency, Consumer Credit Counseling Agency and Life Changers.
