The Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce is part of a new partnership with the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, according to a chamber news release. Called the Georgia Chamber Small Business Alliance, the new initiative offers additional alliance membership to companies who belong to their local chamber of commerce and have less that 10 full-time employees.
According to the news release, Alliance membership includes:
Representation at the state and federal levels when the chamber advocates for pro-business measures.
Participation on statewide initiatives creating Georgia Chamber legislative priorities.
Involvement in policy development through the Chambers grassroots network and
member surveys.
Timely information on legislative issues and educational opportunities.
Invitations to regional events.
Special Alliance-level pricing on events and programs.
