WARNER ROBINS -- Police are offering a second virtual ride-along via Twitter Thursday.

Tabitha Pugh, public information officer for Warner Robins police, is expected to ride along with a patrol officer and tweet about various service calls along the way.

The ride-along is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pugh may include photos or videos with some of the tweets.

The idea behind the ride-along is to give the public a look into the daily life of a patrol officer, a Warner Robins police news release states.

To follow the ride-along, visit twitter.com/warnerrobinspd. Time permitting, Pugh and the officer are expected to take questions during the ride-along from Twitter users who mentionurl xmlns:saxo="http://ns.saxotech.com/SaxoInDesign/2.0/" val="" cls="533815"/>.

The agency’s first ride-along was Dec. 6.
