Anyone involved in the peanut industry can learn more about the latest in peanut products, services and research at the upcoming Georgia Peanut Farm Show.
The 37th annual show and conference will be held 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Jan. 17 at the University of Georgia Tifton Campus Conference Center, according to a news release.
The show offers the opportunity to view the products and services of more than 85 exhibitors.
The University of Georgia will present educational production seminars throughout the day 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Topics include peanut cultivars, disease management, weed control, insect management and marketing. An industry seed seminar will be held at 2:30 p.m.
A free luncheon will be available for all peanut farmers, who will also have a chance to win more than $40,000 in door prizes.
