A Macon woman was struck by a truck and dragged an unknown distance Tuesday morning after a prostitution rendezvous went awry, according to a Macon police report.

The 40-year-old woman told police she met with a man about 7 a.m. to prostitute herself for crack cocaine. The man and woman argued about her payment and he told her to get out of his truck, according to the report, which was released Wednesday.

The woman refused to leave without her belongings and the man allegedly struck her in the face and pushed her out of the truck, according to the report.

The woman walked away on Grosso Avenue, headed toward Elpis Street, and the man allegedly struck her with his truck. The truck ran over the woman’s ankle and she held onto the truck for an unknown distance, according to the report.

Police didn’t have enough information to place a lookout on the man’s truck, according to the report.
