Thom and Billie Phillips spent an afternoon building a caboose for a playhouse that daughter April found so memorable that it inspired him to build a 2,700 lb. playhouse the couple plans to deliver to North Carolina for their grand children this Christmas. ``We didn't even have a picture of the first one to go by,'' said Phillips. ``But this one will last 100 years.''
