Northside’s versatile offensive threat Keshun Hill was named the Region 2-AAAAA Offensive Player of the Year, while Eagles’ defensive lineman Austin Roberts earned the distinction on the defensive side of the ball.

Northside head coach Kevin Kinsler is the region coach of the year after leading the Eagles to the state semifinals for the second straight year. The Eagles will play Ware County Friday for a spot in the state championship game.
