Mercer men lose to New Mexico

Mercer dropped to 3-4 on the season with a 76-58 loss to No. 23 New Mexico on Wednesday night.

New Mexico improved to 7-0.

Travis Smith led the Bears with 16 points, while Jakob Gollon added 10. T.J. Hallice had seven points and three rebounds, while Langston Hall had five points, three assists and two steals.

Mercer returns to action at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Florida State.
