A 28-year-old Macon man is being held at the Bibb County jail on an allegation he shot another man in the knee about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Jermarr Terrance Paulding, of Nisbet Drive, is accused of shooting 18-year-old JosQuan Stubbs in the 700 block of Central Avenue after an argument sparked by Facebook posts, according to a Macon police report released Wednesday.
Witnesses told police they saw Paulding shoot Stubbs. Paulding is charged with aggravated assault.
