A 19-year-old was shot in the cheek Wednesday afternoon in Warner Robins, according to police spokeswoman Tabitha Pugh.
Investigators are looking for the person responsible for the shooting, which occurred shortly before 4 p.m. in the 600 block of McArthur Boulevard. The victim was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon and is in stable condition, Pugh said.
A detective was interviewing the victim Wednesday evening. Additional information, including a description of the suspect, was not immediately available, Pugh said.
Its still way too early, she said.
