Three Warner Robins men were indicted Oct. 23 on charges in connection to the Aug. 2 shooting death of a man at his Crestwood Terrace residence. Tyrone Lamark Davis, 23, Bobby Jermel Releford, 23, and Marte Vesean Polk, 18, were charged with the murder of 38-year-old Keith Moses, who was shot in the abdomen and died the next day at The Medical Center of Central Georgia. Moses was shot with a pistol, according to the indictment released Oct. 24. Two different types of shell casings were recovered at the scene. In addition to murder, the three men were charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during a crime.
