WARNER ROBINS -- Jury selection is expected to begin Oct. 22 in the trial of a man accused of killing a Warner Robins store owner.
Prosecutors had thought the trial of Jermontae Artez Moss, 18, might begin this week. However, a plea offer in an unrelated case was not accepted Monday, and that trial will be held instead this week.
Moss is charged with murder in the slaying of Jose Marin, in a botched armed robbery on Sept. 22, 2011. Marin and an employee were unloading supplies at Marin Mexican Food Store when a gunman stepped out of shadows and shot him.
