The Demons sacked Jones County quarterback Alex Knight seven times. Kyle Priser returned a Knights fumble 39 yards for the games first score.
NORTHSIDE 41, HOUSTON COUNTY 3
Eagles kicker Isaac Rivera kicked two field goals and was perfect on five PAT tries. He also nailed seven kickoffs into the endzone, damaging Houston Countys field position.
PEACH COUNTY 48, HENRY COUNTY 7
No trouble for the top-ranked team in GHSA Class AAA. Greg Williams completed 7-of-10 passes for 193 yards and two scores.
PERRY 31, WEST LAURENS 0
Mark Riley ran for two touchdowns as the Panthers earned their first region win.
VETERANS 37, HOWARD 7
Three rushing touchdowns for freshman quarterback Logan Byrd as the Warhawks move to .500 for first time ever.
