Bibb County grand jurors indicted a 36-year-old Macon man Oct. 2 in the February fatal stabbing of his roommate. Bobby Lee Rozier, of Old Clinton Road, is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the death of 28-year-old Antonio Brown, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court. Rozier allegedly stabbed Brown three times in the neck and beat him inside their Cherry Tree Hill Apartments unit on Feb. 3, according to the indictment. Rozier called police to report a strange smell coming from his roommates room. When police arrived, an officer used a knife to pry open Browns room and found Brown dead on his bed, according to a Macon police report. Rozier is being held at the Bibb County jail without bond, according to jail records.
