Halloween will be recognized on its traditional night across Houston County.

County Commission Chairman Tommy Stalnaker said he has spoken with the mayors of the three cities in the county and all were in agreement to have trick-or-treating on Halloween night, which is Oct. 31, a Wednesday. The trick-or-treating is sometimes scheduled for a different night.

The time agreed upon is 6-8 p.m., Stalnaker said. The Warner Robins Police Department posted that date and time on its blog.
