Mercy (2402) is a medium-size black male terrier mix who has a white stripe on his nose, one on his chest and white on his toes. He was picked up wearing a red collar. He is submissive and very scared. He is giving all of the appeasement signs that a fearful dog gives to show he is not there to cause harm. He just wants to blend in with the wall and disappear. We don’t want him to do that -- we want someone to fall in love with him and take him home so he can see that there is a world out there to love, balls out there to chase and toys to chew. Please help him find them.
