WARNER ROBINS -- People around Robins Air Force Base weren’t imagining things if they thought loud noises coming from there Wednesday morning were a good bit louder than a sonic boom.

According to a base release, the 116th Air Control Wing Explosives Ordnance Disposal flight was doing detonations for training. Bioengineering personnel were also measuring the noise for environmental purposes.
