A memorial service for Frank Amerson Jr., the chairman of the Macon Water Authority, will take place Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Vineville United Methodist Church, with a private burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Dr. Marcus Tripp will officiate, with remarks from former Mercer University President Kirby Godsey.
Amerson died Friday after complications from surgery.
