Violinist and Macon native Robert McDuffie will be featured on the American Public Media radio show Performance Today at 9 a.m. Thursday morning.
The show will feature McDuffies recent performance for the Aspen Music Festival, as well as host Fred Childs interview with McDuffie about the McDuffie Center for Strings at Mercer Universitys Townsend School of Music.
McDuffie, the Mansfield and Genelle Jennings Distinguished University Professor Chair at Mercer, performed in Macon on Aug. 30 as part of the McDuffie Loves Macon concert at the Grand Opera House, which featured teachers and students from the center.
Thursday mornings show will also be available online at performancetoday.publicradio.org.
