PREP FOOTBALL RESULTS FROM LAST WEEK
Northside 49, Veterans 0
Senior Keshun Hill scored three first-half touchdowns to spark the Eagles. Hill scored rushing (59-yard run), receiving (25-yard pass from quarterback Glenn Smith) and returning (77-yard punt return). The Warhawks competed, but they dont yet have the size or depth of talent to challenge a team like Northside.
Perry 29, Alcovy 17
The Panthers sealed the win when K.J. Smith returned an incomplete lateral 70 yards for Perrys second defensive score of the game. Earlier, linebacker Austin Rodgers returned an interception 35 yards for a score.
Tift County 56, Houston County 7
Blue Devils senior Rashad Daniels set a school record with 368 yards rushing. He scored on touchdown runs of 71, 58, 12, 56 and four yards.
Peach County 42, Baldwin 7
The Trojans turned a close game into a rout with a 21-point third quarter. Quarterback Greg Williams threw two touchdown passes and ran for another.
Westfield 49, Brookwood 13
Tom Tuggle ran for 149 yards as the Hornets won on the road. Tanner Westbrook ran for two touchdowns and also returned an interception 63 yards for another score.

Friday, 7:30 p.m. The Seminoles are a contender to win Region 2-AAAA thanks in large part to a potent passing game featuring quarterback Noah Grayer.
Harris County (0-2) at Veterans (0-2)
Friday, 7:30 p.m. Harris County comes in with an athletic team that should be better conditioned than when it opened against Houston County.
Perry (1-1) at Hawkinsville (0-2)
Friday, 7:30 p.m. Hawkinsville has yet to score this season.
Mount de Sales (1-2) at Westfield (2-0)
Friday, 7:30 p.m. Cavaliers defense has been touched for at least 40 points in each of the last two games.
Warner Robins (1-0) at Peach County (2-0)
Friday, 8 p.m. Demons coaching staff had a bye week to try to figure out how to defend Peach County receiver Demarcus Robinson.
